  • I've been getting my nails done here for like 15 years. The owner Linda remembers EVERYONE. I moved out of the area for a few years, but when I came back she greeted me by name and then asked how my friend Lauren was. Lauren got her nails done there like 1 time, maybe 10 years ago, and she still remembered her!! This is good customer service. Tina is my go-to girl for nails. She is excellent. She is so friendly and you can tell she really loves her job and her customers. The only negative thing I have to say is that when you don't have an appointment, sometimes they tell you the wait is only 5 minutes, but this is simply not true. I have waited over 30 minutes before, I just wish that they were honest with the wait times.
