I get my medical supplies from Edgepark delivered each month. Their customer service representatives are also very helpful. The only downside to this company are the phone wait times. Every time I call, I am on hold for at least 10-20 min waiting to talk to a representative (at all times of the day). It can be frustrating at times.
Edit: I called Edgepark asking why it was taking so long to get my medical supplies. They told me they would overnight my supplies. The delivery date is 8/13, and I am out of Catheters!!!!! I am going to find another company! What a joke! 2/21/15: Now Edgepark is telling me that I owe them money. I paid my co pay on my catheters. I am currently on hold with them. What a joke!!!
Update: 10/30/17: I was sick of Edgepark's incompetence, so I switched to 180 Medical. They have far better customer service and truly care about their clients. Adios Edgepark! Glad that I never have to use you again!
