  • We tried their monthly "low cost" membership but it had a yearly "rate guarantee fee"included that they don't tell you about until after you sign. So we couldn't even try the place out because they said the fee was going to be charged and non refundable within 24hours. So it got a one star because of poor customer service and misleading advertising. The gym itself looked nice, but we were not able to try it.
