My husband and I went in to look at a 2014 Ford Flex Limited after the internet salesman called us and told us the car was still available.
After we were walking around the used car lot the salesman went to see where the car was... oh surprise surprise the car I really wanted was sold 1/2 hour ago. Which we all know is a lie since buying a car is a long process.
Salesman has us look at the downgraded SE mode and basically saying both cars were the same with slight difference such as a back up camera and bigger display, and that it was up for Managers Special for 19,000. It was basic but for the needs of our family with a handicapped child it was OK and would work.
husband purchased it on March 11 and here it is March 17 and have drove 86 miles and the car is dead as a door nail.. husband called Friendly Ford but the manager was anything but friendly and was very rude to him not even carrying that this vehicle transports our young babies.
Our son came over and looked at the car the battery has a crack.... this was supposedly a certified vehicle so the battery should not have been a issue.
Long story short they say the right things to get the sale done but then the customer service takes a dump. So consumer beware...
