  • Backed up sewer line that I already snaked with a Home Depot rental a couple months ago. Tech was really nice and he did the best he could. My only beef with the whole situation was that they should have presented me with an option to do a high pressure line treatment BEFORE they charged me $255 to clear the line with a traditional snake. The tech even said that what he did would work for now but the next time I would want to get the high pressure service done ($450). So hear I am waiting for the laundry to overflow again and then I will call back and get charged $450. I would have opted for that service (if it was offered) and saved myself $255.
