  • I will never use greyhound again. Even before getting on the bus the experience was really poor. The terminal was a state of confusion. You can barely hear anything from the intercoms and there were a lot of delays. As I'm writing this, I'm leaving 1.5 hours late. If I had not been rerouted to a different bus, I would still be waiting in the terminal. I chose greyhound because I thought it was the easiest option to get to philly. There are hardly any cheap direct flights from Pittsburgh. I would take megabus over greyhound anytime. This experience left me with such a bad taste in my mouth, I won't give greyhound another chance. Ever.
