The complex is very nice, well maintained and the location is very convenient. The biggest challenge is lack of parking for residents. Very often my wife comes home after work, only to find no place to park. The complex manager wasn't very helpful suggesting she park across the street at the city park or in front of our garage which has a three foot long driveway. Eventually, she offered that we rent a garage for $125 per month ( she did offer a $25 discount). I didnt anticipate the additional expense and was surprised that the complex would not split the cost of the garage due to the known issue with parking in the complex.
Just be aware of the parking issue before you sign a lease with GlenEagles--and budget an extra $150 if you have more than one car.
