  • Not helpful at all!!! Purchase 2 insert that has blinds in between the glass and didn't realize you could not open the window to let fresh air in. Called them and they refused to take them back even though I was told they would at least help me sell them if I didn't like them. I understand not taking the product back as their is a very big sign that plainly states that. They refused to help me at all, product is still in the original package never used so I'm out $350.00 they they just don't care about the customers at all !!!!!
