  • LOCATION: Located right on Charleston but the signs on the building are lit at night but only about 6' x 4' so don't blink or you'll pass it. The area is small with only once drive way entrance so things might get tight during busy hours. The inside of the shop was small also but clean and very presentable. Tons of product information on the walls to answer all general questions. CUSTOMER SERVICE: By far some of the greatest service received from a "fast food" type location. My friend and I arrived at 8:50pm and were really indecisive and asked for like 10 samples a piece. The two workers never got frustrated and were pleased to help us until we were ready to order. Customer service goes a LONG way. I don't care if your product is good or not, the customer service can make or break a business. QUALITY: Ordered a two scoop cup (one scoop of chocolate and one scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough), two scoop cup of green tea ice cream, a two scoop strawberry shake, a root beer float and a 4 scoop shake (can't remember the flavors as it wasn't my order). The scoop sizes are good and they definitely didn't skimp! Great ice cream but I'm sure if you're going then you already know that. Will go back again!
