  • My experience with Debbie and Renée Lindsay so far has been mediocre at best. As a matter fact Renée has been somewhat nasty and emails condescending in tone. They seem to do as little work as possible to get the rental done. Support is practically nonexistent even after several calls asking for a return call. I've had questions about the insurance they require you to have on the property. But when you provide what they ask for, they'll tell you it's not good enough and they make you pay there three times more expensive insurance that I'm sure they get a kickback on. They don't seem to care about questions or helping you feel comfortable renting their property's. frankly I'm getting tired of the runaround and nasty emails. You're just repeatedly told to go through their web portal and submit questions via email. Call if you have a week to wait for a non-answer to your actual questions. I'd seriously consider looking at other rentals, even at additional cost. The aggravation and nasty way people simply aren't worth the aggravation. Rentals are handled through a front desk secretary won't know nothing about the property or anything about you. All the rental managers apparently work from home and frankly you aren't a priority for them. You'll pick up your keys, and no one will ever walk through a property with you after the first viewing, and the person who will show you the apartment in the first place knows nothing about the property and will have to refer you back to Debbie with questions. That will put you in the email cycle once again where you again receive no assistance or answers to questions. I have a growing serious concern that I'll fighting them to ever receive a deposit back. They don't seem like a reputable company so far. Oh and by the way have you ever heard of a rental agency charging $195 for using them to rent the apartment? This one does.
