  • Zero Stars. Avoid them if you value your time. Had a flat, called RA at 6:3O. Was told tow would be here by 8:00. It's 10:00 now. Called dispatch. He yelled and the hung up on me when I asked him when I could expect a tow. Called RA told them to send other company. They said they had several Negative issues with charity tow co. and apologized. Hopefully the new company will be here soon. Update: About Time Towing was here in less the 40 min. from time called. With a courteous driver and a really nice tow truck. Like REALLY unusually clean white tow truck.
