rev:text	First off, let me start with this review is a long time coming. Lisa really has customer service, cleanliness, accountability and quality down. I was very apprehensive to start the "process" of getting eyelash extensions. I heard numerous horror stories online. I called and Lisa talked to me personally; she explained the process, the cleaning of the eyelashes, the upkeep/maintenance and the difference between classic eyelashes vs volume eyelashes. I didn't have a question when entering her establishment because she had gone over everything. You can tell Lisa enjoys her job and loves making people happy. She takes her time and won't let you leave till they look fabulous. She has it down to a science; the Spotify goes on, she gel pads your bottom eyelashes down, asks if you're comfy and proceeds. Lisa will explain what she's doing as she makes your eyelashes go from a 0 to a 10! When you're finished she'll present a nice little cleaning packet that she's made up for you to take home; comes with cleaning solution, eyelash wands, eyelash "q-tips" and an instruction on how to keep your lashes nice longer (all free). What I love about this cleaning packet is that all of it is travel safe and within the 3 ounce parameters for traveling. Since I travel a lot these days, the packet has come in handy numerous times. I highly recommend trying Immaculate U before any other salon in the area. I get compliments on my lashes almost daily. Thank you Lisa for taking my lashes to the next level!
