rev:text	I will start out by saying that the service itself is fine. I went in for an oil change, they changed my oil, I had no problems and my car worked as usual. What gives them a 2 is the fact that I made an appointment for 10:00. I showed up a few minutes before 10. They take my keys and I go to the mall to kill some time. I get a text at 11:15 saying that my snapshot was complete. I mistakenly understood this to mean that the car was ready. So I headed back to Sears and arrive around 11:30 only to find out that they hand't even started the oil change yet. So I sit around and wait, and wait, and wait. The car wasn't ready until after 12 and the only reason that they showed any sort of hustle was that I had my 11 month old son with me who was starting to get cranky in their store. Ever seen that Seinfeld episode when Jerry makes the rental car reservation? And they don't have his midsize car in stock? It's a lot like that. Me: I don't understand, do you have my appointment? Sears: Yes, we do. Unfortunately we ran out of mechanics. Me: But the appointment keeps the mechanic available. That's why you have the appointment. Sears: I know why we have appointments. Me: I don't think you do. If you did, I'd have a car. See you know how to accept the appointment, you just don't know how to keep the appointment. And that's really the most important part of the appointment. Anybody can just make appointments. To summarize, don't go here unless you need to get caught up on twiddling your thumbs.
