  • If you're looking for a one stop shop for health and beauty, this is it. Tucked away in an office park you would never believe how many great services are offered by true professionals. They have "sugaring" vs waxing and apparently a Thai massage to die for. However, my particular yelp is for their private Pilates Instructor Delphine. In less than 2 months she has completely changed my posture and made significant changes to my body shape. And back pain, GONE. I've NEVER looked forward to working out, but I absolutely do with her. She also does an introductory special for first timers and it's on a true Pilates Reformer. I literally cannot recommend her enough. She is an absolute pleasure to work out with. Very encouraging and works with every experience level ( including mine which was negative 10), but still pushes you as far as you can go. All with a smile:)
