I could go into details and leave a long review but I'm not. Simply put this place needs to step it up and stop representing slum landlords or bad property owners. I'm talking about owners that will let property naturally age with no routine maintenance then complain when things break and need complete replacing. This management company needs to communicate better with onsite HOA to relay information to actual tenants such as rule and regs amendments, property key changes, gate remote code changes, repaving schedules etc. Id settle for an email.
As of now, general information and HOA property rules are unknown to onsite tenants.
