  • I had been to a few popular gun stores in town prior to consulting Northwest Arms. As a first time gun buyer and a woman, I had a lot of questions and concerns about safety/laws/gun variations, as well as a multitude of other concerns. This crew was outstanding at not only answering my questions, but handling my case with an extremely professional demeanor. They took time with me and treated me fairly, kindly, and patiently. I felt a few of the other more popular gun shops patronized my case and made me feel a more than inferior about my gun familiarity, (or lack of). I would highly recommend Northwest Arms and their services to anyone! 5 stars all the way :) love the new gun! Thanks guys.
