  • The hot water in my home started to have a yellowish color, so I went thru my home warranty and got these guys to take a look. Our technician Karson was friendly and on time with our appointments. He took the time to help me understand what was going on with the water heater and the other plumbing-related issues around the house. He ended up replacing the water heater as well as installing a new kitchen faucet. I was surprised that he even offered to clean up our floor after skillfully lifting the old water heater down from the 2nd floor of our home. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience with them.
