  • Awful. Responded quickly but didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. I needed my A/C condensation line cleared out. He tried to suck it out with a shop vac and after that didn't work he seemed lost. I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the drain pan, and after borrowing my ladder he went to the attic. He told me the line was draining just fine (it was the secondary) and then acted like he had saved the day. I checked yesterday and the primary line is still completely clogged. $111 in the trash. I have an A/C guy coming out tomorrow to fix the issue. Don't bother with this company.
