rev:text	We went to Walker for our first furniture purchase in our first house and it will be the last time. We went there cause we needed two couches. We liked their selection and they were decently priced however their customer service is terrible! We were told that one of the couches we purchased was on back order but it's coming from Southern California and it should be here within the week. So we ordered it, excited for it to be here before our family arrived to see house new house! It's been almost 3 months later and still no couch. Not only that but no one can seem to give us a straight answer on when it should arrive. First they told us it'd be here the end of May. Nothing and not even a call to inform that it wasnt in. Then they told us the middle of June, then then back to the end of May, then the end of June, and currently, no a clue as to where it is. We've even called twice within the last two days to see if any has looked into it and apparently not! I even specifically asked the girl to give me a call today to follow up. No call and she was extremely rude when I spoke with her yesterday. We even asked if we could return the set to pick out another set that is actually available and they said no because it's been over a month since we received the first piece. Well clearly, if we had known it would take this long to receive, we wouldn't have even bought the set. Anyways that's my experience as of 6/25/18. Their customer service is awful and Shonda was rude and never gave me a call back like she said she would.
