  • I've seen their advertisements everywhere and what really drew me in is that they have a hybrid mattress (foam reinforced with springs). We were greeted by Theo, who was full of knowledge. He led us around the store, asking us questions about what we look for in a mattress and pointing out his recommendations. He left us to try them out and popped in to check on us every so often. Once we had decided, he went over a few details about the frame and the box spring and then it was down to payment. Everything was pretty smooth and we were in and out of there in less than an hour. Theo provided awesome customer service and even addressed a customer who had walked in while we were being taken care of. He really knew his stuff. I highly recommend Brooklyn Bedding if you're in the market for a new mattress and ask for Theo!
