  • Since we stream a movie almost every night, we wanted to be comfortable. We were looking for quality and were willing to pay extra for it. We bought their overpriced recliner sofa and recliner loveseat. After a few days we found the point of a staple sticking out a had to get some down to deal with it. I also complained that the armrest cushioning seemed to be compress. He said it was from packing & shipping, and that it would pop up over the next couple of weeks. Well it's 2 years old now & it looks great, but the compressed arm rests have yet to puff up. And they when you recline there is a rear area of the arm rest that is totally uncushioned and has sharp wood edges & metal pieces that constantly hurt my elbow! I previously had a $99 recliner that was more comfortable than these Lazy Boys! We wasted $1000s on this crap. Be warned that you will be buying a name, not comfort!
