  • In my opinion this place is a complete SCAM. I rented a RZR 1000 for a 4-day weekend and the machine not only did not come with what was promised to me, but the RZR itself was broken prior to handing it over to me. The RZR was obviously abused and not taken care of. There were paint gouges and scratches everywhere, there was no helmet or flag provided as initially promised, and the supplied light bar did not work. Immediately upon offloading the RZR off of the trailer, there was a metal clanking noise at low speeds when starting and stopping. It sounded like it had to do with the clutch engaging. I called the company and asked what this noise might be and if it was save to drive. I was informed that it had a new clutch with only two rides on it, and that there shouldn't be any issue. I then started driving the RZR to have a check engine light go on and the RZR go into limp mode within 5 minutes of riding. I called the company back and they said to replace the belt. The company supplied a brand new belt with the RZR (why would they supply a new belt if the existing one only had two rides on it and they knew it was in good condition), however, they did not supply the special tool needed to change the belt. I then spent the next hour searching for someone with the special tool to borrow. I open up the belt cover, and sure enough the belt is missing multiple teeth on it. I replaced the belt and drove the RZR again and everything seems to be good at first. Upon making the first right hand U-turn on level ground, the loop on the a-arm that connects to the upper ball joint snapped right off, leaving me stranded. I then spent another hour getting the RZR towed back to camp. This all happened on the first day I had the RZR, which left me stranded out of state with the RZR inoperable for the remaining 3 days. I have 8 other witnesses that were in front and behind of me at the time of the incident that will vouch for me that I did not mis-handle the RZR. I had put maybe 1-2 miles on the RZR in total. I had even asked the company if they keep track of the odometer between rentals, but of course they claim that they do not keep track of the mileage. If this is the case, how do they perform maintenance properly on their machines? I contacted the company about the issue and informed them of all of the issues I had on day one, and how I was not capable of driving the vehicle. They came back and charged me $1,700 worth of damages, even charging me for the new belt that was provided for the already broken one on the RZR. I will also note that the company coerced me into signing the RZR vehicle condition "IN" form when I picked up the RZR so that they did not have to bring the paperwork back out when I returned it. The RZR had an astounding 7,7xx miles on it for only being a 2015. If the company isn't keeping track of the mileage when they lend it out, how do they know the vehicle has been properly taken care of? In summary, I rented a 2015 RZR 1000 for a 4 day rental which was broken when I received it. It was missing a flag and a helmet, it had a broken lightbar that would not turn on, and it came with a broken drive train belt. Upon a short brief ride after fixing the belt, one of the suspension components broke off, leaving me stranded and without being able to use the RZR for the remaining 3 days. The company claims that I broke the belt myself, and is now trying to charge me for the entire rental, broken parts and labor (including parts that were originally broken before receiving the RZR) as well as downtime for not being able to rent the RZR to another. In my opinion please avoid this place at all cost as there are plenty of better places to rent from that will not scam you.
