  • If I could give zero stars I would. These techs and salesmen here are absolutely careless, arrogant and disrespectful. I am a woman, who happens to be pregnant currently, that means I'm clueless about trucks now? I came in for a simple nail repair, the tech was careless and destroyed the bead on my tire, forcing me to buy new tires. Because it's a lifted, off road truck, I need to buy 4. What should have been a quick repair turned into a several hour event that will cost thousands. I understand stuff happens, but no effort to make things right and the pompous, arrogant attitude by the techs and salesmen was 100% uncalled for. When their mistake was called out to the techs face, he answered with complete disrespect. Gone are the days where people have integrity, respect for others and pride in their work.
