  • A fun film to watch, "Secret Life of Pets." Great sound quality, perfect size of the screen and color in the film. That is the main reason why I added the third star. I have to say the worst experience ever in any theater we have ever experienced in our life time. Sad..... Comfortable seating, good sushi, & wine. It was difficult to see what we were eating because by the time we got our food the movie started and it was dark. Very expensive food and the service is not so great. Staff look like they don't want to be there and I was ignored when I stood by the bar waiting for service. Two bartenders there who looked like they didn't want to be there and neither did the staff. I noticed two of the staff there kept looking at me as if I was going to steal something. No greeting or a smile or are you being helped? ...the waiter who served our food was almost on top of everything. He was friendly and not slow and he knew what he was doing. Another staff person there was helpful too to let me know more about the theater. She was friendly and helpful. I have to say the experience we had with the manager there was pretty rude. We got there to meet with a non-profit organization and we were not able to find them. We had thought we had arrived to the wrong theater that day. All the staff there had no idea there was an event and neither did the manager. She looked on her list and didn't see the organization event on there. One of the cashiers there was helpful and even contacted the manager to find out what was going on. When we were about to leave we ran into the gal who is the owner of the organization. It was the correct theater and we walked back inside. We bought our tickets and my good friend saw the manager and approached her to let her know that the non profit organization was there and he pointed out where our table was just in case other people came in and could not find us. The manager's comment back was, "...we DON'T have any event here!, ....they sure didn't buy tickets from us!" she walked away. WTF! ....seriously? The non-profit organization did buy tickets from them. It was a very unprofessional rude comment that she made. We didn't want to let our fun evening go sour as it already did when we first arrived. I really don't think we plan to return.
