  • The office staff is so rude and lazy. They never return calls, I felt like I have to hound them so I could get the surgery (aka how they get paid). Perla, Danita, the nutritionist, and all the girls at the front desk need a lesson in customer service. I was frequently scheduled at the same time as other patients to see the same person (gasp, patients talk to each other in the waiting room and discover these things). Overall, I do not regret my surgery, I regret using them.
