Horrible customer service! The cashier didn't put one of my items in my bag and after I got home I realized I had paid $24.99 for it but it wasn't there. I called the store and they had put my item back on the sales floor 30 minutes later! I talked to 2 different people, then a manager on the phone to go look for it. After being on hold for 10 minutes she told me that I could come back tomorrow because they were closing. I was 5 minutes away and asked if she could wait but she refused saying "the doors lock at 10:00 and they don't open again". Really? How do they leave at night? Do they sleep there because last time I checked they have a key. The manager must have been in a hurry to get home and smoke a pack of cigarettes because she sounded like the lunch lady from Billy Madison on the phone. Then she hung up on me after I told her thanks for the shitty customer service. After spending over $200, this is the customer service home goods provides. Buyer beware!!
The manager's name is Trish. When I went back for the item, she walked right up to me and scolded me for giving her girls a hard time. No apology. She has no clue about how to try to make a customer happy.
