  • Diverse beer selection, adorable Wisconsin shaped beer flight holders, and they give a decent tour. As a Food Scientist, I've been in a ton of manufacturing plants, and this one is impressive, It's the Jennifer Lawrence of manufacturing plants. Beautiful but a bit on the unconventional sassy side. In addition to the full size giant equipment, they have a really cute pilot size set up where they make trial batches of new formulas. You can even brew your own concoction if you are hosting an event at the place. Because yes, you can rent out the whole shebang for parties, weddings, and business meetings. The tour is free and guided. I would say the info they give is pretty basic. They don't go too deep into explaining the process, but were very willing to answer questions. There is also a huge bar area with lots of seating and a gift shop. Biggest bummer, the parking lot is tiny. However, there is street parking just out front.
