This is the worst cable/internet company. I was given a price by their promotional department, customer service manager would not honor it. She simply said "if you don't like it then cancel in 30 days"
I had already cancelled my direct tv so I didn't have another choice. My first bill was about $400, which was automatically deducted from my account 28 days after being installed. I was charged $99 for a modem I never agreed to purchase. I called to speak to a manager and he told me to go on line and cancel my services if I wasn't happy. He didn't even try to explain the charges or offer any adjustments in order to change my mind.
Don't waste your time with this company. I'm returning to Direct Tv.
