  • After my initial review, the owner, Diana, reached out to me and we had a candid discussion and she assured me that their services are guaranteed. They sent out a new team of 3 this time and the job was done in less than 2 hours, and the job was done correctly. All three members that came this time apologized that the last job wasn't to my satisfaction, even though they were not at fault. I am satisfied with this job and I am impressed by Diana's customer service skills. I plan to hire them again in the future.
