| - I frequent this restaurant for multiple reasons.
1.) Good value. If you want a bowl, you have two options: Bowl or Plate. They're basically the same, except for the Plate is bigger and gives choice of 2 meats and 2 grilled vegetables instead of 1 meat and 1 vegetables. The Bowl is plenty of food for a meal. The Plate is almost impossible to finish in a sitting... I always have leftovers so keep this in mind when ordering.
2.) Delicious! Everything mixes together really well. My ultimate picks are: rice, double-eggplant, chicken and gyro, classic hummus, white bean salad, cucumber, beets, olives, and cheese, and double red chili garlic sauce (2nd sauce costs extra, which I usually don't pay for, but I said this was my ultimate), and white pita. The flavor is really good, and unique. I don't know anywhere else I could buy something comparable, and I have tried other hummus-bowl type restaurants. Nothing is as good as this one.
3.) Very healthy. If you read point 2, you'll see that you get all whole ingredients with a good mix of vegetables, meat, and rice.
I'd recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a quick, healthy meal. It's similar to Chipotle, except a better value, healthier, and a completely different flavor/cuisine.
