  • My system was just installed about 30 minutes ago by Landon. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I learned about Black Hat through the radio which mentioned that they would beat your current competitor's monthly price and it is true. I feel that I'm paying less for more! I was a former 15 year loyal customer with Monitronics who were not very helpful with offering an upgraded system for a better price. So far I'm impressed! I love the ability to control my home security system from an app. Thank you Landon for your expertise!
