  • I am an avid user of Yelp and love reading the reviews both good and bad. Personally, I try to use only 5 star reviewed businesses. I called 3 mortgage companies and decided to go with Kari after I spoke with her. She was able to get my loan both preapproved and fully underwritten which gave me confidence she could get the job done. We ran into some challenges during the loan process, but Kari and her team were on top of their game and overcame all the obstacles. In the end, I received my loan in record time. My wife and I got the house we wanted. Kari even showed up at our escrow closing to make sure all the paperwork was in order. Kari provided outstanding customer service and excellent follow up which is rare these days. She definitely earned a 5 star review from me. If you want a great loan experience, I highly recommend her. She is upfront, honest, and a true mortgage expert.
