  • A clogged toilet that I couldn't plunge or snake out myself is bad. But when it happens the night before my parents are due to arrive in the morning to stay at my house for the week, it's really bad. I called a few places first thing in the morning. Most couldn't get me in that day. Some would come out, but would only do it after hours and would have to charge extra. But Diamondback was able to squeeze me in during a 1:00 to 5:00 window. It was also the only company willing to give me a ballpark figure on how much I should expect to be charged for the job (Every other place would only tell me that there is a call out fee that would be waived if they did the work, and the plumber would determine the charge on site). The plumber came in the middle of the four hour window I was given. Unclogged the toilet in just a few minutes. And then gave me a discount since the job was so easy and fast. He probably wanted to insure that a first time customer would definitely give them a glowing review, recommendations, and use them again. Guess, what? It worked.
