  • First they got our orders wrong then they did not place the lid correctly on the cup the whole thing spilled over our seat and carpet when I ask for assistance they (Kevin)hand me two dry towels and did not offer any assistant to help did not even get apologies nor offered to help. Very poor service. Now I have to pay to clean the carpets.
