  • walked in with a $24.95 oil change (special) coupon. I was told they'd knock off $10. Yeah, right...never happened. Walked out spending $83.00. Jiffy Lube is notorious for "bait and switch" games. Workers there are trained to never let the customer leave without spending maximum money. I watched them closely...they were low on synthetic 5-20 oil...topped off my engine with 5-40w. Beware.
