Not quite sure if this doctor is great or not but if you judge a doctor by his front office staff then I'd say look elsewhere. It took my husband several weeks to get anyone to call him back after submitting via email a copy of his insurance card. When no one responded I decided to try for him. I was able to get an appointment and they accepted his MGM/Mirage insurance. One day before his appointment the front office calls to say they don't take our insurance. Wow ... leave a person in pain for over a month unnecessarily is not a great business model. You don't take MGM/Mirage insurance ?? That's a loss of 70k+ employees. Wow.
