I walked through the door without an appointment and was greeted instantly by Chevy who treated me with utmost respect, listed to my wants and ideas and then guided me to the perfect ring. There as no heavy handed sales pitch or anything like that. She answered all of my questions and offered expert advice. I would without a second though recommend Robbins Brothers to anybody in the market for the perfect ring.
