Went on MLK day and we were not impressed! First of all, way understaffed and way too many people. As a result of no staff the place was dirty and gross and their was no supervision. There were kids beating each other up inside the play house. It is extremely dark and hard to find your kid. I was in socks and stepped in 3 different mystery liquid puddles on the carpet. My kid is only 3 so I had to take him inside the structure. There was trash and wrappers inside the play structure. Kids were climbing in the slides and trying to hit people as they came down. The place also had no AC and it was extremely hot. There was almost zero air flow. Bathrooms were full of urine and toilet paper was thrown everywhere. My poor kid wanted to leave after about 30 minutes. Let me sum this place up by saying it is hot, dirty, dark and dangerous. Proper staffing would go a long way to making this experience better.
