  • Lived here for a year. Clean, and the pool area was pretty good. Got to use the grill a few times as well. Parking is first come first served. Didnt get to use the gym too often. But the equipment works. The clubhouse has free coffee/tea. And the front office has free cookies. They also have special events like free breakfast and hot dogs or what not. Its also walking distance to explorer park amd theres also a walking trail in the back. What i didnt like: used condoms in the parking lot. My car got broken into on 2 occasions. And my car also got stolen. This place has a security guard but i rarely saw them walking around. Maybe if they were doing their job then maybe my car wouldn't have gotten stolen. Neighbors next door just had a baby when we moved in but i never heard the baby cry. We were fortunate enough to not hear the neighbors at all. But we did hear the dogs that got left out on the balcony.
