  • I was tagging along with a friend who was shopping for some party supplies. It turned out that it was on the day of her husbands birthday. We picked up some items and selected a ballon arrangement. While checking out we informed the cashier that we would like the balloons inflated. She remarked that they had many orders that needed to be filled and it would be about forty five minutes. Ugh. What choice did we have? The cashier who happened to be the manager on duty could see our disappointment and said she would inflate them for us right now. What pleasant surprise that someone would make the effort to sincerely go out of their way to help a customer. It seems that for someone to go above and beyond now a days is a lost skill. I can't say thank you enough Billie, your exceptional service is what will bring me back to Party City in the future. A HUGE THANK YOU, Billie!!
