  • Good Luck getting in contact with the owner to setup a private birthday party. Its like they can careless for your business. Some woman with a nasty attitude answers the phone every time I call. Tried for a month straight to book a private birthday party after attending one in May of 2016. Every time I call, I am advised to call back on another day. No professional offer to take a message, since it appears one can only speak to the owner to book a private party. I even put in an online request; no one responded (It's been a month; just about). After reading all the reviews on Google, it seems it's about time to sell this rink to someone who wants to do business with the public and like it. Hmmm, about time another rink opens up in Concord, NC...#RESEARCHING
