I used Classic Delivery to delivery custom made 4 chairs and a sectional to client .
The initial delivery went very well. I had the 4 chairs picked up form the clients to be delivered back to the manufacturer as they needed new bases. Classic delivery did pick them up but in the process the chairs were damaged. Classic did pay for the fabric to fix the chairs, paid for the repairs and for the cleaning of the chairs. I felt Classic made an honest mistake and were willing to make sure the cost to cover fixing the chairs was taken care of which is very important to me.
