  • Sigh, I really wanted to give this place a chance but after 3 months or so from opening ... I find the customer service here is still pretty lacklustre. I went a few weeks ago to use up my final coupon for free toppings and they did not have a menu so I could look at it closer. The one on the wall was difficult to see for me. The writing is too small but I never had too much of an issue at other bbt places. Staff there didn't even offer to read me the specials. Just a sorry-bye kinda vibe. It just turned me off on top of my previous experiences. Essentially, I will not be a returning customer. There are better bbt shops in the area. Also please note, I would be wary of the positive reviews they have cause I recognized one done by an employee.
