  • My washer stopped working a couple of months ago and after a lot of online searching of BBB and appliance repair reviews I chose North Valley Appliance. My fridge had been leaking water for a few months but I didn't want to spend the money to have someone come out so I had Roger take a look at the fridge (since he was here for the washer already) and he said there was a kit to fix the problem so he took care of it. As far as the washer he determined it would cost more to fix than buy a new one. Fast forward two months (after buying a new washer) and my dryer stopped heating. He came out yesterday and replaced the heating element. In both cases Roger came during the time frame we agreed upon. Roger is a quiet man but he was more than happy to answer my appliance related questions. The price felt reasonable to me for both visits. I would highly recommend Roger.
