This park is fantastic! I took my 9 month old pup here for the first time this afternoon to get her used to other dogs. It's beautiful, well maintained, and CLEAN! Plus It's nice to see people actually clean up after their dogs. All the dogs we encountered were friendly and very well behaved.
I absolutely love that each section is divided into weight class but are all equally the same size. I've been to other parks where the 25lb and under dog area is very small with limited space. That is not the case here! There is plenty of room for them to run around in the grass and play. They have covered benches so you can relax while your pups burns off some energy.
The only reason I gave the park 4 stars is number one Yelp gave me the wrong directions. I'm not sure if it was a glitch...but I spent 30 minutes trying to find it. I entered this into my map multiple times and for some reason it took me to the VA on Rancho. If this happens to you the park is on Alexander and Tenaya. Second, I couldn't find where the dog park was while driving on the street. I had to circle around the ENTIRE park and then just finally pulled in and found it was located in the center towards the back and up over the stairs. I wish they had a better sign so that I could have seen it from the street.
Overall great place. I didnt get that many pictures but I will next time since I plan to visit this spot often.
