  • I had received hearing aids from a different audiologist a few years ago and they never seemed to work right for me. My insurance referred me to Anderson Audiology and Julie did the test for me. She explained in much greater detail about my hearing problem and what I really needed to help me out. She was so helpful that I feel much more comfortable and confident to be outside now. When I needed adjustments is was so easy to get an appointment. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They will do what it takes to make sure that your everything is excellent not just satisfactory. They one word that I have never heard anyone say is "NO". Other companies can learn a lot in how they deal with the public from this group.
