  • If you have problems more than just a broken screen where you can be quickly in and out for, then I would not suggest here. Was told it would be 2-3 days and someone would contact me, but then when I called after 2 days I was told 3-5 business days. When I called again (because I obviously didn't have a phone accessible all the time since they had it) the associate told me he would call me back after he checked on my phone- never did. The next day (day 4) I went into the store only to find out they were unable to fix my phone but no one had bothered to call and let me know this. Not once did anyone call my husbands phone number (that I left when I dropped off my phone) or leave a message to let me know what was going on. Phones are lifelines nowadays, so the lack of communication or any since of urgency was discouraging.
