  • My girlfriend and I and a few friends came to this restaurant not knowing anything about it. We walked in and it seemed pretty casual for starters with a case to your left full of meats you can buy to take home like going to a butcher. This is when I learned it was a farm to table restaurant with grass fed animals. Staff was very friendly and welcoming from the get go. We started with the pork belly appetizer and fried oysters on salad with spicy aioli. They both pretty tasty. The pork belly was a sweet flavor on a bed of slaw. Three of us order the game burger which happened to be elk this particular night. The meat itself was a very lean and tender meat but mot a lot of flavor. The pepper aioli sauce was great on there but not my favorite. I would recommend the elk since it is a great tender meat but lacked seasonings. One had the lamb loin on rice with zucchini and squash which looked and smelled very good. He and his wife boasted about the flavor of the lamb and rice. I will definitely be getting the lamb when I come back.
