The level of incompetency has continued to escalate and is completely unacceptable. We kept giving them second chances but today was the last straw. They didn't have the results of the biopsies because their system was down. And they didn't know what they were doing the mohs surgery on today. After more confusion the report was found by the doctor. I think once the appointment was scheduled the records should have been in my husbands file. It's reasonable to expect knowledgeable and competent service.
Again the office personnel had changed which when I ask why the constant turn over the reply is yes I know I'm sorry. There is definitely a management problem every time we come in there are new people working in the reception as well as the medical assistants. I don't know why every few months they have a personal change. Perhaps Skin and Cancer is hiring only temps to save money.
I find the inconsistency lacking in customer care and professionalism. Not a very warm and inviting atmosphere. We will be looking for a new dermatologist.
