  • I made an appointment with Dr McKenna and the wait time as a new patient was 5 weeks. I was assured he was worth the wait. Several days before my appointment the office called to inform me that Dr McKenna had to schedule a surgery and they would reschedule. I'd waited that long, and he must be that good. So I said sure. The soonest they would get me in was ANOTHER 5 weeks. I asked if there was another Doctor who would do as well. They assured me I wanted to wait. I waited another 4 1/5 weeks when they called me AGAIN and TOLD me I would have to drive out to the Phoenix office (I live in Queen Creek). They said nothing about whether a time change would work for me. They simply said and that's at 4:00. Dr McKenna may be the best doctor in the world (I will never know). And anyone waiting for an appointment can thank me for the opening, I finally called back and cancelled after wasting 10 weeks waiting.
